years, Andie Adolph (III Degree) now has 6
schools in St.Albans, Harpenden, Bricket Wood,
Radlett and Watford. These schools further
compliment the school currently run by his
instructor, Mr Kim Anderson (VI Degree) at
Colney Heath. Together, they form Herts TKD,
which was established in 1979. Both instructors
have had tremendous success with representations
in the English, Welsh & Scottish Teams at
various European and World Championships.
Spirit TKD has numerous Black belts ranging from
1st to 3rd Degrees, Male and Female. Beginners
are very welcome as classes are structured so
that training can be carried out with people of
similar experience or with a much higher
calibre.
The school caters for children from as young as
6 to the more mature adult.
Whatever your expectations are, whether it's for
Fitness or Self-Defence, Confidence or losing
weight, training in ITF Taekwon-Do will meet and
exceed beyond your wildest dreams. Parents have
